Cylinder Head Porting & Flowing Process

Big Flow Power

It seems that no matter how big you make your Harley Davidson motor there is always room to make more power.  The majority of my work is for the street guys but I do have a pension for big dyno numbers and being the quickest bike around. (I must admit that I am more interested in how the bike runs as opposed to the dyno telling me how it runs at WOT. The dyno numbers are cool but I do not ride on a dyno so they are not as important as how the bike runs from a stoplight, country road cruising, or passing a truck on the highway).

With this in mind, I have continued to develop cylinder heads that flow more air for those people who have to have more power.  My average stage 2 kits flow in the mid 140'scfm @10" through my throttle bodies. With a little bigger valve and a little extra port work I have sets that will flow in the 150's cfm @ 10" and some that flow  from 160cfm to 180cfm through the throttle body. That is an enormous amount of air that can make some huge power.   If this is something you are interested in just send me an email and we can make some plans.  I have bikes out there that are being enjoyed and broken in for the their dyno runs with results to be posted as they come in.

I had a fellow from the Hartford area in Connecticut do a 98" kit with a set of Wood #8 cams, my heads and he made 113.8 torque and a 115.8 hp @5850 rpm.
The dyno sheet is in my "Testimonials" section of this site.  Any questions  just ask

I also have had good success with the 110 heads.  That big port really responds well to my welding and produces lots of cfm +.
The S&S heads are also very good for making big airflow. Not to be left out is the Ultima line of cylinder heads. With a little work they can be great heads.

How much power ?? and where do you want it ???  "   Just ask"
